Raw Material Used:
Our raw materials basically involve film and adhesive, which are judged on their particular physical and chemical properties.
1. Film
It is a plain non-heat seal able biaxially oriented polyproplene (BOPP) film. The films are verified for their following characteristics:
Good gloss and transparency.
Excellent Machine ability.
Good anchorage with adhesive.

Semi-Finished Product
The semi-finished product involved in the manufacturing process are the Coated Jamboo Rolls. They are tested at the floor for their appropriate weight, length and thickness of coated Jamboo Rolls.

Finished Product
Our finished product i.e. Self-Adhesive Tape is further passed through three stages to ensure the accurate size and mark it as final for packaging.
Firstly, the finished product is passed through the
Control Panel where manual as well as electronics digital meter is set on Saleting machine to control the length of the tape.
Secondly, the
Tacking Property of the finished product is tested as per the adhesive and film testing report.
Thirdly, the
width of the tapes are controlled with the help of standard spacer.
Packing
We are using 120GSM / 18BF Corrugated Boxes in 5 ply for packing the finished product.
